White Astrantia Flower

The Good: Astrantia is a new favorite due to the texture and sweet daintiness! Very easy to work with in bouquets, bouts, and centerpieces. Unique look.

The Bad: Astrania is a bit delicate and can softly ‘droop’, which is normal. Does not like extreme temperatures.  If it is too droopy for you, then sandwich it in between other blooms for support.

• Give the stems a fresh cut, and place in cool water. 
• Remove leaves below waterline.
• Keep in cool location to extend vase-life.  You can place it in a fridge to make it last longer.

Astrantia is considered a ‘Texture Flower‘.  Based on our design ratio suggestions here’s our quantity recommendations:

• Bridal Bouquet:  1/2 bunch
• Maids:  1/3 bunch
• Bouts:  1 sprig
• Corsages:  several sprigs
• Centerpieces:  1/3 bunch
• Large Arrangements:  N/A, too small
